Hamilton Place - Palm City

While this blog is in general dedicated to Jupiter Island. I had a chance to show in Palm City last week and found a cute little community.

Hamilton Place is a beautiful community located in Palm, City Florida. The exceptional neighborhood features an oak-tree lined brick-pavered entry with decorative lighting. The 4 and 5 bedroom homes in Hamilton Place include amazing front porches, private driveways hidden from the streets, metal roofs, and hurricane-rated windows. The old-Florida style architecture makes the community aesthetically pleasing.

Hamilton Place is located near some of Martin County’s finest amenities including Palm City Park, Martin Downs Marina, and great shopping and restaurants. Just a short drive the area’s amazing beaches and waterways.

Jupiter Island History

Jupiter Island first recorded history was as part of the Gomez Grant in 1815. This reward to the King of Spain for faithful service included Jupiter Island and most of Hobe Sound.

After the passing of the King, the land was then divided among the heirs and mostly sold in early 1900's. A British Land development company purchased most of the land and then just a few years later went bankrupt. Later a group of people purchased the land and built homes. They wanted to conserve the beauty of the island and gave much of the island to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services.

Even to this day, Jupiter Island maintains low density living as it aims to preserve the Island's natural beauty.

Ocean Towers

Ocean Towers located in Tequesta just over the bridge on Jupiter Island offers two beautiful buildings with great amenities.
Ocean Towers South (100 Beach) offers 11 floors with 42 oceanfront and intracoastal view units. This building built in 1972 offers a pool, exercise room, and sauna.

Ocean Towers (200 Beach) offers 10 floors and 30 units built by Divosta. This 1972 built building offers new balconies, new brick paver driveways, new roof, as well as heated pool and covered parking.

Ocean Sound:

Island House

Island House located in Tequesta, Florida on Jupiter Island is located at 300 Beach Rd in Palm Beach Florida consists of 2 buildings.

Each building offers 24 units on 5 floors. 300 Beach was built in 1967, and 350 Beach was built in 1968. These oceanfront buildings offer beautiful ocean views as well as a heated pool and covered parking.
