Mirasol Country Club located in Palm Beach Gardens is a beautiful community located just West of the Turnpike on PGA Blvd. Mirasol offers over 1100 homes and many different subsections and different styles of homes. Mirasol offers an amazing clubhouse, spa, fitness center, 2 golf course, and tennis.

Frenchmans Reserve is located off US-1 and Hood Road and is further East. Frenchmans Reserve offers around 425 homes that are all very Mediterranean in style.There is also a beautiful clubhouse, 1 golf course, tennis courts, and many numerous activities.

Frenchmans and Mirasol both offer great locations although Frenchmans Reserve is a little closer to the beach and the mall.Mirasol offers 2 golf course vs. Frenchmans 1. Frenchmans is a smaller community for which isn't as active because there are less people. They are both gorgeous communities and if you are looking for a new country club in Palm Beach Gardens you have to see both to see for yourself your perfect match.

Hamilton Place - Palm City

While this blog is in general dedicated to Jupiter Island. I had a chance to show in Palm City last week and found a cute little community.

Hamilton Place is a beautiful community located in Palm, City Florida. The exceptional neighborhood features an oak-tree lined brick-pavered entry with decorative lighting. The 4 and 5 bedroom homes in Hamilton Place include amazing front porches, private driveways hidden from the streets, metal roofs, and hurricane-rated windows. The old-Florida style architecture makes the community aesthetically pleasing.

Hamilton Place is located near some of Martin County’s finest amenities including Palm City Park, Martin Downs Marina, and great shopping and restaurants. Just a short drive the area’s amazing beaches and waterways.
